◆ 20년 만에 준공인가 처리

서울 도봉구는 지난해 12월 31일 도봉동 95번지 일대 '도봉제2구역 주택재개발사업' 준공인가를 완료했다. 해당 사업은 2004년 조합설립 추진위원회 구성 승인 후 20년 만에 마무리됐다. 단지는 지하 2층·지상 18층·5개동·299세대 규모다.

◆ 역세권 입지와 주민 편의시설 조성

도봉제2구역은 1호선 방학역과 도봉역 모두 도보 10분 이내 거리에 있다. 입주민과 지역 주민을 위한 공원과 공공 보행 통로도 조성됐다. 다음 달부터 299세대 입주가 시작된다.

◆ 사업성 위기 극복 후 재추진

도봉제2구역은 사업 과정에서 사업성 문제로 무산 위기를 맞았다. 2019년 사업시행계획 변경 승인으로 세대수가 199세대에서 299세대로 늘어나며 추진 동력을 얻었다. 2023년 9월 착공 후 약 2년 만인 지난해 12월 준공됐다.

오언석 도봉구청장은 "여러 어려움을 겪었으나 마침내 정비사업 준공이라는 결실을 맺은 도봉제2구역 주민들에게 축하를 보낸다"며 "향후 입주에 불편함이 없도록 행정적 지원에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Station Area Location and Resident Amenities

Dobong District 2 is located within a 10-minute walk from both Banghak Station and Dobong Station on Line 1. Parks and public walkways were built for residents and local community members. Move-in for 299 units will begin next month.

◆ Overcoming Feasibility Crisis and Resumption

Dobong District 2 faced cancellation due to feasibility issues during the project. In 2019, the project gained momentum when the number of units increased from 199 to 299 through a revised business implementation plan approval. Construction began in September 2023 and was completed in December last year, about 2 years later.

Dobong-gu Mayor Oh Eon-seok stated, "I congratulate the residents of Dobong District 2 who have achieved the completion of the redevelopment project despite many difficulties" and added, "We will do our best to provide administrative support so that there will be no inconvenience in moving in."
