◆ 금천구-LG유플러스-피피코, AI 재난취약시설 안전관리 협약 체결

서울시 금천구(구청장 유성훈)는 LG유플러스(대표 홍범식), 피피코(대표이사 차강윤)와 인공지능(AI) 기반 재난취약시설 안전관리 실증사업 협력을 위한 삼자간 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 금천구는 이상기후가 일상화되고 시설물 사고가 반복되는 상황에서 체계적이고 과학적으로 지역주민의 안전을 지키기 위해 이번 조치를 취했다고 설명했다.

◆ IoT 센서로 실시간 감지…AI 관제플랫폼 통해 상시 모니터링

이번 협약에 따라 6개월 동안 LG유플러스와 피피코가 개발한 사물인터넷(IoT) 센서를 시설물에 부착해 기울기, 진동 등 구조적 변화를 실시간으로 감지한다. 시설물 관리자는 LG유플러스가 제공하는 AI 관제플랫폼에 접속해 계측 데이터를 상시 모니터링한다. AI 알고리즘을 통해 분석한 진단 결과를 기반으로 시설물을 체계적으로 관리할 계획이다. 기존 연 10회 주기별 안전점검 방식에서 실시간 모니터링으로 전환해 안전점검 사각지대를 해소한다. 센서에서 기준치를 초과하는 이상 징후가 감지될 경우 관계 부서에 자동으로 통보돼 즉각적인 현장 대응이 가능하다.

◆ 공공시설 2개소에 센서 설치…단계적 확대 추진

They plan to systematically manage facilities based on diagnostic results analyzed through AI algorithms.
