인천광역시교육청학교지원단은 7일 저경력 교사의 업무 부담을 줄이고 학교 현장 적응을 돕기 위해 「교직의 처음부터 함께하는 학교생활 119」 업무도움자료를 제작해 각급 학교에 배포한다고 밝혔다. 곽미혜 단장이 이끄는 학교지원단은 교육정보시스템(NEIS) 활용, 학급 운영, 교수학습 지원 등 13개 분야 119개 문항으로 자료를 구성했다.

◆실제 업무 절차 반영한 현장 밀착형 내용 구성

도움자료는 학교 현장에서 반복적으로 발생하는 업무 문의와 혼선을 줄이기 위해 기획됐다. 실제 학교 업무 절차와 사례를 반영해 저경력 교사가 업무 전반의 흐름을 체계적으로 이해하고 스스로 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 했다. 자료는 책자로 제작되어 2026년 신규 교사 연수, 1급 정교사 자격 연수, 각급 학교에서 저경력 교사의 실무 자료로 활용될 예정이다.

◆찾아가는 지원단 운영으로 만족도 100점 기록

학교지원단은 찾아가는 저경력 교직원 지원단, 학교업무 멘토링 등 다양한 지원사업을 운영하고 있다. 만족도 조사에서 100점을 기록하며 현장으로부터 높은 평가를 받았다. 학교지원단 관계자는 "저경력 교직원이 겪는 어려움에 공감하고 함께 해결하는 것이 학교지원단의 중요한 역할"이라며 "현장의 목소리를 반영한 맞춤형 지원을 확대해 교사가 교육활동에 전념할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 가겠다"고 말했다. 2026년에도 지원 체계를 강화해 저경력 교직원의 안정적인 현장 안착과 전문성 향상을 지원할 계획이다.

The School Support Team, led by Director Kwak Mi-hye, organized the materials into 119 questions across 13 categories, including use of the Education Information System (NEIS), class management, and teaching-learning support.

The support materials were designed to reduce repetitive work inquiries and confusion that frequently occur in the school field. By reflecting actual school work procedures and cases, the materials enable early-career teachers to systematically understand the overall flow of work and develop the ability to solve problems independently. The materials will be produced as booklets and used as practical resources for early-career teachers in 2026 new teacher training, first-class teacher certification training, and schools at all levels.

The School Support Team operates various support projects, including a visiting support team for early-career staff and school work mentoring. It received high evaluation from the field, recording a 100-point score in satisfaction surveys. A School Support Team official said, "Empathizing with the difficulties experienced by early-career staff and solving them together is an important role of the School Support Team," adding, "We will continue to expand customized support that reflects field voices to create an environment where teachers can focus on educational activities." The team plans to strengthen the support system in 2026 to support stable field adaptation and professional development of early-career staff.
