지원 항목은 단지 내 주도로·가로등 보수, 상하수도 시설 관리, 어린이놀이터·경로당 개보수, 석축·옹벽 보수, 장애인 편의시설 보수, 방범용 CCTV 설치·교체, 승강기 보수·교체 등이다. 올해는 공용시설 개보수와 전기차 화재 예방 안전 관련 시설, 긴급재난 알림 관리시스템 구축 등을 추가해 사업 범위를 확대했다. 다만 보조금 지원 후 5년 미경과 공동주택, 재건축 조합 설립인가 공동주택, 분양전환율 3분의 2 미만 임대주택은 제외된다.
◆ 3~4월 중 결과 발표…시청 누리집서 확인 가능
지원 대상 단지는 서류 평가와 보조금 관리위원회 심의를 거쳐 선정한다. 결과는 3~4월 중 개별 통지와 시청 누리집을 통해 발표한다. 신청 희망 단지는 아파트 관리주체 또는 입주자대표회의를 통해 시흥시청 주택과를 방문해 신청서를 제출하면 된다. 시흥시는 2008년부터 해당 사업을 추진해왔으며 2024년 26개소, 2025년 17개소를 지원했다.
