인천 국제바로병원이 2026년 전 직원 시무식을 열고 전문병원으로서 위상을 높이며 '더욱 견고한 해'를 만들어가겠다고 밝혔다.
시무식은 새로운 도전과 혁신을 통해 전문병원으로서 더 높은 비상을 다짐하기 위해 마련됐다. 이에 앞서 지난 2일에는 매년 새해 의료진 전체가 모여 진행하는 그랜드라운딩으로 한 해를 시작했다.
이정준 병원장은 "올 한 해 키워드를 '내실이 튼튼한 병원을 만들자'로 정했다"며 "의료에는 전문병원의 안전과 표준을 강조하고, 조직과 경영에는 책임과 협력을 다하도록 핵심 키워드를 통해 전 직원과 함께 만들어가겠다"고 전했다.
