◆ 교사 전문성 강화 연수 추진
현장 교사의 기초학력 전문성 강화를 위해 초·중·고 교사를 대상으로 교실 안 기초학력지원 연수를 새롭게 운영한다. 이를 통해 교사의 실질적 수업 역량을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 도성훈 교육감은 "기초학력은 학생의 학습권이자 인간으로서의 존엄과 미래를 위한 최소한의 권리"라며 "인천교육은 한 명의 학생도 포기하지 않고 끝까지 책임지는 따뜻한 책임교육을 실현하겠다"고 밝혔다.
