Police arrested suspects A and C in October and November last year. Suspect B had fled to Cambodia. Police requested an Interpol red notice and continued the investigation. Police arrested suspect B on the spot when he entered Incheon Airport from China on November 5. A police official said, "Suspects A and B have been sent to prosecution in custody, and suspect C's arrest warrant was rejected, so supplementary investigation is currently underway while he remains booked without detention."
