◆ 수원고법, 피고인 측 항소 기각

수원고법 제2-2형사부(고법판사 김종우·박광서·김민기)는 20일 아동청소년의성보호에관한법률위반(성착취물제작등), 미성년자의제강간 등 혐의로 기소된 20대 남성 A씨의 항소심에서 피고인 측 항소를 기각했다. 재판부는 1심과 동일하게 징역 7년을 선고했다. 재판부는 10년간 아동·청소년·장애인 관련 기관 취업 제한, 5년간 보호관찰도 함께 명령했다.

◆ 2022년 8월부터 2025년 2월까지 범행

A씨는 2022년 8월부터 2025년 2월까지 SNS를 통해 알게 된 15세 이하 아동들을 상대로 성범죄를 저지르고 성착취물을 제작한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다. A씨는 피해자의 나이, 이름, 지역 등으로 성착취물을 분류해 휴대전화에 보관한 것으로 조사됐다. 정신감정 결과 A씨는 소아성애 장애가 있는 것으로 평가됐다. 1심 재판부는 "피고인은 자기 행동이 범죄에 해당함을 충분히 인지했음에도 장기간 다수의 피해자에게 반복적으로 범행해 죄질이 매우 나쁘다"고 판시한 바 있다.
