◆ 광명시, 시민자산화 현장 탐방 실시

광명시(시장 박승원)가 관내 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 학습의 장을 마련했다. 광명시는 지난 16일 관내 기업과 예비창업자 20여 명을 대상으로 사회적협동조합 '사람과공간'(서울 강서구 소재) 현장 탐방을 진행했다. 이번 탐방은 '커뮤니티 비즈니스 기획가 심화교육' 일환으로 시민자산화 사례를 직접 체험할 수 있도록 구성했다.

◆ 춘천·마포 이어 세 번째 현장 학습

광명시는 앞서 두 차례 현장 탐방을 진행했다. 첫 번째는 춘천시 사회적기업 '소박한풍경'으로 지역 자원을 매력적인 콘텐츠로 전환해 지역 제품 판로에 활력을 불어넣는 사례를 학습했다. 두 번째는 마포구 연남동 팝업스토어로 지역 제품을 팝업공간을 통해 소개하고 작가들의 지속 성장을 지원하는 운영 사례를 탐방했다. 이번 '사람과공간' 방문은 세 번째 현장 학습이다.

◆ 지역공동체 자산화 사업 지속 추진

박승원 광명시장은 "시민자산화는 지역기업이 단순히 이윤을 추구하는 것을 넘어 사회적 가치를 실현하며 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 기반이 되길 바란다"며 "시민자산화 공간 모델이 실현될 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 강화하겠다"고 밝혔다. 광명시는 앞으로 지역 내 경제적 이익의 역외 유출을 방지하고 지역경제가 선순환하는 구조를 만들기 위해 지역공동체 자산화 사업을 더욱 견고히 추진할 계획이다.

◆ Gwangmyeong City Conducts Citizen Asset Field Visit

Gwangmyeong City (Mayor Park Seung-won) prepared a learning opportunity to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses. Gwangmyeong City conducted a field visit to social cooperative 'People and Space' (located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul) on the 16th for approximately 20 local businesses and prospective entrepreneurs. This visit was organized as part of the 'Community Business Planner Advanced Training' to directly experience citizen asset cases.

◆ Third Field Study Following Chuncheon and Mapo

Gwangmyeong City previously conducted two field visits. The first was to social enterprise 'Sobakhan Punggyeong' in Chuncheon City, learning cases of converting local resources into attractive content and revitalizing local product sales channels. The second was to a pop-up store in Yeonnam-dong, Mapo-gu, visiting operation cases that introduce local products through pop-up spaces and support continuous growth of creators. This visit to 'People and Space' is the third field study.

◆ Continued Promotion of Community Asset Projects

Gwangmyeong Mayor Park Seung-won stated "I hope citizen asset initiatives become a foundation for local businesses to realize social values beyond simply pursuing profits and grow together with the local community" and added "We will strengthen practical support so that citizen asset space models can be realized." Gwangmyeong City plans to more firmly promote community asset projects to prevent outflow of local economic benefits and create a virtuous cycle structure for the local economy.
