김건희 특검팀이 17일 권성동 국민의힘 의원에게 징역 4년을 구형했다.

특검팀은 서울중앙지법 공판에서 "피고인은 중진 국회의원으로서 특정 종교단체와 결탁해 1억 원을 수수했다"며 "헌법 가치를 훼손하고 국민의 신뢰를 저버렸다"고 밝혔다.

권 의원은 2022년 1월 윤영호 전 통일교 세계본부장으로부터 윤석열 전 대통령 당선 직후 청탁 명목으로 1억 원을 수수한 혐의로 구속기소됐다.
