◆ 네 가지 핵심 사업…융복합 환경기술 적용

첫째, 대야지하차도 방음터널에 화재 안전성이 강화된 태양광 일체형 방음판을 설치했다. 소음 저감과 전력 생산을 동시에 실현하는 융복합 환경기술을 적용했으며, 민간투자사 다스코(주)와 협업해 예산을 절감하고 사업 효율성과 지속성을 높였다.

둘째, 도로 소음 민원이 많던 구간에 삼성지하차도 방음터널을 신규 설치해 주거환경을 개선했다.

셋째, 골프장 둘레길에 빗물저금통, 태양광 가로등, 미세먼지 측정 퍼걸러를 설치하는 저탄소체험둘레길을 조성했다. 시민이 걷고 체험하면서 탄소중립을 직접 느낄 수 있는 생활 속 친환경 체험 공간으로 자리잡을 전망이다.

넷째, 부곡하수처리장에 자외선(UV) 소독설비를 도입해 처리수를 도로살수와 조경용수 등으로 재활용하는 물순환 체계를 마련했다.

군포시는 이 사업으로 연간 약 1,120tCO₂의 온실가스 감축 효과를 기대하고 있다. 사업비는 경기도 공모 64억 원과 민간투자 19억 원 등 총 83억 원을 외부재원으로 확보했다. 이는 전체 사업비 중 52%에 해당하며 시 재정부담을 크게 줄였다.

The project aimed to resolve accumulated environmental complaints and promote renewable energy distribution. ◆ Four Core Projects…Application of Converged Environmental Technology

First, Gunpo City installed fire-safety-enhanced solar-integrated soundproof panels on the Daeya Underground Underpass sound-insulating tunnel. The project simultaneously achieved noise reduction and power generation through converged environmental technology. Collaboration with private investor Dascom Co., Ltd. reduced budgets while enhancing project efficiency and sustainability.

Second, Gunpo City newly installed the Samsung Underground Underpass soundproof tunnel on sections with numerous road noise complaints, significantly improving residential environments.

Third, Gunpo City established a low-carbon experience trail along the golf course perimeter, installing rainwater collection boxes, solar-powered street lights, and fine dust measurement pergolas. This represents 52% of total project costs, significantly reducing the city's financial burden.
