경기도와 한국공인중개사협회, 네이버페이(Npay)는 지난 16일 경기도청에서 '경기 안전전세 프로젝트' 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

세 기관은 2026년 중 Npay 부동산 플랫폼에서 프로젝트 참여 공인중개사를 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 정식 오픈한다.

협약의 핵심은 전세사기 피해 예방을 위해 민간 플랫폼을 통해 검증된 공인중개사 정보를 투명하게 제공하는 것이다.

도민들은 내년부터 Npay 부동산에서 '안전전세 지킴이' 마크로 표기된 신뢰할 수 있는 공인중개사무소를 손쉽게 식별하고 이용 가능하다.

각 기관은 역할을 분담한다. 경기도는 프로젝트를 총괄하며 공인중개사무소 현황 등 관련 데이터를 제공한다.

한국공인중개사협회는 참여 공인중개사를 검증 및 관리하고 정보를 연계한다.

Npay는 검증된 참여 공인중개사 정보를 플랫폼에 표기해 도민들이 식별하도록 돕는다.

손임성 경기도 도시주택실장은 "전세사기 피해 예방을 위해 도민들이 안심하고 거래할 수 있는 환경을 만드는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다"며 "이번 민·관 협력을 통해 도민들이 신뢰할 수 있는 정보를 제공받아 자신의 권리를 지킬 수 있는 기반이 마련되기를 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

경기도는 전세사기 걱정 없는 주거 환경 조성을 위해 향후 다양한 정책을 지속 확대할 방침이다.

Gyeonggi Province, the Korea Real Estate Agents Association, and Naver Pay (Npay) signed a memorandum of understanding on December 16 at Gyeonggi Province Government Building to promote the "Gyeonggi Safe Jeonse Project."

The three organizations plan to officially launch a system on the Naver Pay real estate platform by 2026 where residents can verify real estate agents participating in the project.

The core of the agreement focuses on preventing jeonse fraud by transparently providing verified real estate agent information through private platforms.

Starting next year, residents will easily identify and use trustworthy real estate agencies marked with the "Safe Jeonse Guardian" label on the Naver Pay real estate platform.

Each organization shares specific roles. Gyeonggi Province oversees the project and provides relevant data including real estate agent office status.

The Korea Real Estate Agents Association verifies and manages participating real estate agents and links information.

Naver Pay marks verified participating real estate agents on the platform to help residents identify them.

Son Imseong, Director of Urban Housing at Gyeonggi Province, stated: "Creating an environment where residents can transact with confidence is most important for preventing jeonse fraud damage. Through this public-private cooperation, residents will receive trustworthy information and have a foundation to protect their rights."

Gyeonggi Province plans to continuously expand various policies to create a living environment free from jeonse fraud concerns.
