◆ 공모 대상 및 규모

인천시가 노후계획도시 정비 사업을 본격화한다. 시는 12월 15일 노후계획도시정비 선도지구 선정 공모를 공고했다. 5개 지구 특별정비예정구역 15,600호 규모를 대상으로 진행한다. 연수·선학지구 6,300호, 구월지구 2,700호, 계산지구 2,550호, 갈산·부평·부개지구 2,400호, 만수1·2·3지구 1,650호 규모다.

선도지구 선정 기준은 주민참여도, 정비 시급성, 사업 추진의 파급효과를 종합 평가한다. 공모 일정은 2026년 5월 26일부터 6월 1일까지 신청을 받으며 8월 최종 선정 결과를 발표한다. 선도지구 선정 지역은 특별정비계획을 우선 수립해 사업 추진 속도를 높인다.

◆ 기본계획(안) 공람 및 승인 절차
