인천 서구(구청장 강범석)는 11일 ‘2025년 일자리 창출 유공자 표창 시상식’을 열고 지역 일자리 확대와 취업 지원에 기여한 유공자 4명을 표창했다.

이번 표창은 서구가 추진해온 지역 일자리 활성화 정책에 실질적으로 기여한 기업과 기관 관계자들의 공로를 인정하고, 지역사회가 함께 만드는 고용 환경 개선의 중요성을 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.

수상자는 ▲윤영주 청라IHP첨단산업단지 실무자협의회 회장 ▲박근영 ㈜하인스 대표이사 ▲신인호 ㈜본코스메틱 대표이사 ▲황용인 두드림노인복지센터 원장 등 4명이다.

이들은 근로환경 개선, 기술 기반 신규 고용 창출, 청년·여성·지역 인재 채용 확대, 고령자 일자리 확충 등 지역 고용 안정에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.

서구 관계자는 “지역 경제 성과는 산업단지, 중소기업, 복지기관 등 민간의 현장 협력으로 이뤄진다”며 “앞으로도 긴밀한 협력체계를 통해 지속 가능한 일자리 창출 기반을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.

강범석 구청장은 “어려운 경제 여건 속에서도 지역 고용 개선에 힘써주신 수상자들께 감사드린다”며 “구민이 체감할 수 있는 양질의 일자리 창출에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Award Recipients Recognized for Expanding Local Employment and Improving Working Conditions

Seo-gu District in Incheon (Mayor Kang Beom-seok) held the “2025 Job Creation Merit Awards Ceremony” on December 11 and recognized four individuals for their contributions to expanding local employment and supporting job opportunities.

The awards commend those who have made practical contributions to Seo-gu’s local job activation policies and promote the importance of improving employment conditions through community-wide cooperation.

The recipients are Yoon Young-joo, Chair of the Cheongna IHP Advanced Industrial Complex Practitioners’ Council; Park Geun-young, CEO of Hines Co., Ltd.; Shin In-ho, CEO of Bon Cosmetic Co., Ltd.; and Hwang Yong-in, Director of Do Dream Senior Welfare Center.

They were recognized for their achievements in improving industrial park work environments, creating technology-based jobs, increasing employment for youth, women, and local talent, and expanding senior employment opportunities.

A Seo-gu official said, “Tangible results in the local economy stem from the collaboration of private entities working on the ground. We will continue close cooperation with industrial complexes, SMEs, and welfare institutions to build a sustainable job creation ecosystem.”

Mayor Kang Beom-seok added, “Despite tough economic conditions, I sincerely thank all awardees for their efforts to improve local employment. We will strive to create more high-quality jobs that residents can feel in their daily lives.”
