정부가 내년 수도권 공공택지에서 5만가구 이상을 착공한다. 3기 신도시 입주도 처음 시작된다.
김윤덕 국토교통부 장관은 12일 세종컨벤션센터 업무보고에서 "주택시장 안정을 위해서는 주택공급이 중요하다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
14일 국토부에 따르면 내년 3기 신도시 중 인천계양 1300가구가 최초로 입주한다. 1월 서리풀 2만가구 6월 고양대곡 9천가구 의왕오전왕곡 1만4천가구 등 신규 택지 인허가 절차도 신속히 착수한다.
올해 11월 출범한 국토부와 LH 합동 TF가 현장 관리를 강화하고 인허가 갈등을 조정한다.
수도권 분양은 2만9천가구를 계획했다.
도심 주택공급도 확대한다. 노후청사와 학교용지를 활용한 복합개발을 추진한다. 노후 임대단지는 재건축을 통해 복합주거단지로 전환한다. 민간 정비사업 속도를 높이기 위해 절차 간소화와 갈등관리 강화를 담은 도시정비법령 개정도 추진한다.
공적 주택은 5년간 110만가구 이상 공급한다. 내년에는 주거비 부담이 적은 공적 임대주택을 최소 15만2천가구 확보한다.
생애주기별 맞춤형 지원도 강화한다.
청년층에는 청년특화 공공임대와 행복기숙사 등 학업 및 취업을 고려한 특화주택을 지속 공급한다. 출산가구를 위해 내년 육아친화 공공주택 10곳을 선정한다. 고령층에는 돌봄과 무장애로 설계된 고령친화 임대주택 3천호를 내년 공급한다. 주거급여 대상도 확대한다.
국토부 관계자는 "정부의 주거복지 추진방향을 내년 상반기에 발표할 예정"이라고 밝혔다.

The government will break ground on more than 50,000 units in capital region public land next year. Move-ins at 3rd generation new towns will begin for the first time.
Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Yun-deok said at a work report at Sejong Convention Center on the 12th, "Housing supply is important for housing market stability."
According to the Ministry of Land on the 14th, 1,300 units in Incheon Gyeyang among the 3rd new towns will have their first move-ins next year. Permit procedures for new land sites will be swiftly initiated including 20,000 units in Seoripul in January, 9,000 units in Goyang Daegok in June, and 14,000 units in Uiwang Ojeon Wanggok.
The joint task force between the Ministry of Land and LH launched in November this year will strengthen field management and coordinate permit conflicts.
The capital region plans 29,000 units for sale.
Urban housing supply will also expand. Complex development utilizing old government buildings and school sites will be pursued. Old rental complexes will be converted to complex residential complexes through reconstruction. Urban redevelopment laws will be revised with simplified procedures and strengthened conflict management to speed up private redevelopment projects.
Public housing will supply more than 1.1 million units over 5 years. Next year, at least 152,000 public rental housing units with low housing cost burden will be secured.
Life cycle customized support will also be strengthened.
For youth, specialized housing considering studies and employment such as youth-specialized public rentals and happy dormitories will continue to be supplied. 10 childcare-friendly public housing sites will be selected next year for childbirth households. 3,000 senior-friendly rental housing units designed with care and barrier-free features will be supplied next year for the elderly. Housing benefit recipients will also be expanded.
A Ministry of Land official said, "The government's housing welfare direction will be announced in the first half of next year."
