◆ 학생 주도 기획으로 교육 수요 반영

군포의왕교육지원청은 2024년 12월 6일 의왕교육지원센터에서 '2026 의왕 다움 공유학교 운영을 위한 학생기획워크숍'을 개최했다. 초등학교 4학년부터 고등학교 3학년과 학교 밖 청소년이 참여했다. 이 워크숍은 학생들이 스스로 주제를 발굴하고 교육프로그램을 설계하도록 기획됐다. 학생 주도성 강화와 수요자 중심 교육활동 실현이 목표다.

◆ 공유 멘토와 함께 구체적 프로그램 구성

학생들은 사전 제출한 희망 프로젝트 주제별로 소그룹을 구성했다. 공유 멘토의 도움을 받아 기초·전문 단계를 구성하고 차시별 활동을 설계했다. 필요한 학습 자료도 구상했다. 워크숍 참여 학생은 "배우고 싶은 주제를 직접 구상해 프로그램으로 구체화하는 과정이 재미있었다"고 밝혔다.

◆ 내년 공유학교 운영에 학생 의견 반영

군포의왕교육지원청은 이번 워크숍에서 제안된 다양한 주제를 2026학년도 공유학교 운영 계획에 적극 반영할 계획이다. 정숙경 교육장은 "학생 의견이 교육활동에 반영될 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Student-Led Planning Reflects Educational Needs

Gunpo-Uiwang Office of Education held a "2026 Uiwang Shared School Student Planning Workshop" on December 6, 2024, at the Uiwang Education Support Center. Participants included students from fourth grade through high school and out-of-school youth of equivalent age. The workshop was designed to have students independently identify topics and develop educational programs. The initiative aims to strengthen student autonomy and realize student-centered educational activities.

◆ Concrete Program Development with Shared Mentors

Students organized small groups based on previously submitted project topics of interest. With guidance from shared mentors, they structured foundational and specialized program stages and designed activities by session. They also conceptualized necessary learning materials. One participating student stated, "It was enjoyable to personally develop a topic I wanted to learn about and convert it into a concrete program."

◆ Student Input to Shape Next Year's Shared School Operations

Gunpo-Uiwang Office of Education plans to actively incorporate the diverse topics proposed at the workshop into the 2026 academic year shared school operations. Education Director Jung Suk-kyung stated, "We will continue to make consistent efforts to ensure student opinions are reflected in educational activities."
