◆ 교원 300명 참석 성과 발표회 열어

인천광역시교육청은 4일 초등학교 교원 300명이 참석한 가운데 2025학년도 '초등 교육·교과 연구지원단' 성과 발표회를 개최했다. 연구지원단은 읽걷쓰 기반 인천교육정책을 중심으로 초등 교육과 교과 분야 연구 활동을 수행했다. 올해 22개 팀 228명 교원이 참여했다.

◆ 1년간 120여 회 활동 진행

연구지원단은 지난 1년간 수업 공개, 실습·체험형 워크숍, 교원 연수 등 120여 회 활동을 진행했다. 읽걷쓰 연계 학교 교육과정과 디지털 교육 수업 지원을 목표로 운영됐다. 교육과정·수업·평가 전문성 강화를 지원했다.

◆ 2026년 연구 활동 지속 예정

성과 발표회에서는 읽걷쓰 기반 교육과정 및 2022 개정 교육과정 설계 연구 결과를 공유했다. AI·디지털 교육 연계 수업·평가 사례와 2026년 정책 제안도 발표했다. 도성훈 인천광역시교육감은 "연구지원단 선생님들의 노력이 학교 현장의 변화를 이끌고 있다"며 감사를 전했다. 연구지원단은 2026년에도 수업 공개, 워크숍, 교원 연수, 자료 개발·보급을 이어갈 예정이다.

The research support group conducted approximately 120 activities over the past year including class openings, hands-on workshops, and teacher training. The group aimed to support school curriculum linked to 'Read-Walk-Write' and digital education classes. The group supported strengthening expertise in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

◆ Research Activities to Continue in 2026

The performance presentation shared research results on 'Read-Walk-Write'-based curriculum and the 2022 revised curriculum design. Cases of AI and digital education-linked instruction and assessment and 2026 policy proposals were also presented. Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent Do Seong-hun said, "The efforts of the research support group teachers are leading changes in schools," expressing gratitude. The research support group plans to continue class openings, workshops, teacher training, and material development and distribution in 2026.
