하은호 군포시장은 "착한아파트 모범 사례가 다른 공동주택에도 확산되길 바란다"고 밝혔다. 하 시장은 "입주민과 관리종사자가 함께 웃는 살기 좋은 아파트가 더 많아지길 기대한다"며 "서로 존중하는 문화 확산을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 말했다.

Gyeonggi Province divided apartments into three groups by number of households. Sanbon Raemian Higherce ranked first in Group Ⅲ, which includes complexes with more than 1,000 households.
◆ High evaluation for improving working environment and creating coexistence culture
Gyeonggi Province has been selecting Good Apartments since 2024 to improve working conditions for apartment management workers and spread coexistence culture between residents and management workers. Sanbon Raemian Higherce installed air purifiers and massage chairs in rest facilities. The complex also worked to prevent short-term labor contracts for management workers. The apartment created a greeting culture between residents and management workers to spread an atmosphere of mutual respect.
