인천 지역별 아침 최저기온은 강화군·계양구·서구 영하 6도, 남동구·동구·미추홀구·부평구·연수구·중구 영하 5도, 옹진군 0도다. 낮 최고기온은 옹진군 4도, 강화군·동구·연수구·중구 3도, 계양구·남동구·미추홀구·부평구·서구 2도다.
옹진군은 내일 오전까지 순간풍속 초속 20m 안팎으로 매우 강하게 분다. 옹진군 제외 나머지 군·구도 바람이 초속 15m 안팎으로 강하게 분다. 서해중부앞바다는 바람이 초속 6~15m로 분다. 바다 물결은 1~3m 내외로 인다.

Daytime high temperatures will be 1 to 4 degrees, including Suwon at 3 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night will be very large at around 10 degrees. Health management is advised.
Most areas in the metropolitan region will record subzero temperatures from dawn to morning. Fallen snow will freeze, creating black ice and road frost in many areas. Special attention to traffic safety including low-speed driving is required. Pedestrian safety should also be noted.
