◆ 오세훈 시장 "국가유산청 국익 훼손 선동"

오세훈 서울시장은 3일 '일타시장 오세훈- 종묘와 세운4구역 이슈 총정리' 영상을 통해 종묘의 유네스코 세계문화유산 취소 가능성을 언급한 국가유산청을 비판했다. 오 시장은 "세계유산지정 취소는 유네스코가 당사국과 논의를 거치고 회원국 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 받아야 하는 복잡한 절차를 거쳐야 한다"고 말했다. 오 시장은 "정부가 방어 논리를 가지고 설득은 못할망정 취소될 수 있다고 과장하는 것은 국익을 훼손하는 선동적 주장"이라고 지적했다. 이어 "정부의 과격한 성명으로 인해 지방 정부와의 갈등을 넘어 정치화되면서 합리적 해결이 더욱 어려워져 안타깝다"고 밝혔다.
