◆ 인천공항공사-한국항공대 계약학과 협약 체결

인천국제공항공사(사장 이학재)는 3일 공항청사 회의실에서 한국항공대학교(총장 허희영)와 '계약학과 개설·운영 협약'을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 공항 상주직원 교육 인프라 확대를 위해 마련됐다. 협약식에는 이학재 인천국제공항공사 사장, 허희영 한국항공대학교 총장을 비롯해 인천공항시설관리, 인천공항운영서비스, 인천공항보안 등 공항공사 자회사와 한국공항 등 계약학과 참여사 9개 기관 관계자 약 20여 명이 참석했다.

◆ 'IIAC 항공관리학과' 석·박사 과정 신설

이번 협약에 따라 한국항공대는 'IIAC 항공관리학과 석·박사과정'을 신설한다. 한국항공대는 항공경영, 물류, 항공보안 및 안전 등 실무 연계형 세부 교육과정을 개발하고 운영한다. 연간 정원은 석·박사과정 약 25명이다. 등록금의 50%는 교육생 소속 기관 및 업체가 지원한다. 이번 협약은 항공 산업이 단순 운항 중심에서 벗어나 데이터·기술·보안 등이 결합된 고부가가치 산업으로 변화함에 따라 전문 인력 육성을 통해 경쟁력을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

◆ 이학재 사장 "참여기관 간 상생 협력 기대"

인천국제공항공사는 이번 협약을 통해 자회사 및 상주업체와 공동 역량 강화를 도모하고 기관 간 네트워킹 및 인재 육성 기반을 마련할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이학재 인천국제공항공사 사장은 "이번 계약학과 학위과정은 공항 종사자들의 직무 역량 향상과 더불어 참여기관 간 상생 협력에 도움이 될 것"이라고 말했다. 이어 "앞으로도 유관 기관들과 협력해 인천공항의 경쟁력 강화 및 국내 항공 산업 발전에 기여해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

The annual capacity is approximately 25 students for master's and doctoral programs. 50% of tuition will be supported by the trainees' affiliated organizations and companies. This agreement aims to strengthen competitiveness through professional workforce development as the aviation industry transforms from simple flight operations to a high value-added industry combining data, technology, and security.

◆ President Lee Hak-jae "Expects Win-Win Cooperation Among Participating Organizations"

Incheon International Airport Corporation expects this agreement will promote joint capacity building with subsidiaries and resident companies while establishing a foundation for inter-organizational networking and talent development. Incheon International Airport Corporation President Lee Hak-jae said, "This contract department degree program will help improve the job competency of airport workers and promote win-win cooperation among participating organizations." He added, "We will continue to cooperate with related organizations to strengthen Incheon Airport's competitiveness and contribute to the development of the domestic aviation industry."
