◆ 협약 개요

서울주택도시공사(SH, 사장 황상하)와 국립생태원(원장 이창석)은 24일 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 양 기관은 대국민 생태 가치 확산과 주거 복지 강화를 위해 협력한다. 협약 분야는 생태 가치를 접목한 입주민 맞춤형 주거 복지 서비스 개발·운영, 친환경 도시 생태 공간 조성 연구, 양 기관 보유 자원 상호 활용 등이다.

◆ 세부 추진 계획

SH공사는 고령자, 장애인, 정신질환자 대상으로 자연을 매개로 한 심리 회복·활력 증진 프로그램을 운영한다. 영유아·청소년 가구에는 임대주택 내 유휴 공간을 활용한 생태 교육·체험 프로그램을 제공한다. SH공사는 국립생태원이 주관하는 ESG 가치 확산 교육·캠페인에도 동참해 실천 중심 ESG 경영을 내재화할 계획이다.

◆ 사장 발언

황상하 SH공사 사장은 "이번 협약을 통해 추진할 생태 치유·복지 프로그램, 주거 환경 개선 사업, ESG 캠페인 등이 새로운 변화의 시발점이 되길 바란다"며 "생태 가치를 확산하고 서울시민 삶의 질 향상으로 이어질 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Agreement Overview

Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH, President Hwang Sang-ha) and the National Institute of Ecology (Director Lee Chang-seok) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on January 24. The two organizations will cooperate to spread ecological values and strengthen housing welfare. Areas of cooperation include developing resident-tailored housing welfare services incorporating ecological values, research on creating eco-friendly urban ecological spaces, and mutual utilization of resources held by both organizations.

◆ Detailed Plans

SH Corporation will operate psychological recovery and vitality enhancement programs using nature for senior citizens, people with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions. For households with infants and teenagers, SH will provide ecological education and experience programs utilizing unused spaces in rental housing. SH Corporation also plans to participate in ESG value promotion education and campaigns organized by the National Institute of Ecology to internalize practice-oriented ESG management.

◆ President's Remarks

SH Corporation President Hwang Sang-ha said, "I hope the ecological healing and welfare programs, housing environment improvement projects, and ESG campaigns promoted through this agreement will be a starting point for new changes." He added, "We will do our best to spread ecological values and improve the quality of life for Seoul citizens."
