인천 연수 경찰서가 13일 셀트리온 완제 의약품(DP) 공장 건설 현장에서 불법 하도급을 한 혐의로 시공사 에스지씨이앤씨(SGC E&C) 협력 업체 5곳의 관계자를 불구속 입건했다.
피의자들은 지난 2월부터 송도 국제 도시의 셀트리온 DP 공장 건설과 관련해 무등록 시공 업체에 하도급을 주거나 관련 자격이 없는 시공 업체에 하도급을 준 혐의를 받는다. 발주처 승인 없이 불법 재하도급을 한 혐의도 받는다.
국토 교통부와 인천시는 지난 8월 11일부터 9월 30일까지 인천 지역 건설 현장 18곳을 합동 단속해 셀트리온 DP 공장에서 6건의 불법 하도급을 적발했다.
경찰은 조만간 공사 현장 관계자를 소환해 위장 취업이나 가짜 세금 계산서 발행 여부 등을 확인할 계획이다.

The suspects are suspected of subcontracting to unregistered construction companies or subcontracting to construction companies without relevant qualifications in connection with the construction of the Celltrion DP plant in Songdo International City since February. They are also suspected of illegal re-subcontracting without approval from the ordering party.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Incheon City conducted a joint crackdown on 18 construction sites in the Incheon area from August 11 to September 30 and detected 6 cases of illegal subcontracting at the Celltrion DP plant.
Police plan to summon construction site officials soon to check whether disguised employment or issuance of fake tax invoices occurred.
