◆ 훈련 규모 및 참가 기관
수원특례시(시장 이재준)는 18일 영통구청 제설 전진기지에서 겨울철 강설 대비 설해 대책 합동 현장대응 훈련을 실시했다. 훈련 참가자는 이재준 시장과 4개 구청장, 장안·권선·팔달·영통경찰서, 수원(남부)소방서 관계자, 각 동 제설지원단 등이다. 수원시는 4개 구청, 유관기관, 민간단체와 함께 제설 대응·협력 체계를 점검했다.

◆ 제설 매뉴얼 기준 차등 대응
'수원시 제설 매뉴얼'은 노면 온도 하강으로 결빙이 예상될 때 제설제를 사전에 살포해 선제 대응한다. 적설량이 10㎝ 미만이면 제설제 살포와 염수분사장치 가동이다. 적설량이 10㎝ 이상이면 추가 장비를 가동해 도로에 쌓인 눈을 신속하게 제거하고, 강설 종료 후 임시 야적장으로 운반한다. 수원시는 각종 단체와 상인 등과 협조해 제설 취약 구역을 집중 복구할 예정이다.
◆ 2025년 종합대책 수립 완료
