시교육청은 직업계고 학생의 안전한 현장실습과 취업 연계 강화를 위해 인천형 직업교육 안심취업 10년 보장제를 운영한다. 이 제도는 졸업 후 4년까지 학생 성장을 지원한다. 시교육청은 학생, 학부모, 기업이 만족하는 직업교육 생태계 구축을 추진할 계획이다.
