강화군이 10월 29일부터 내년 3월 1일까지 강화역사박물관에서 '강도江都 39년 1232-1270, 고려 보물' 기획전시를 개최한다.
이번 기획전시는 1232년부터 1270년까지 39년간 고려시대 수도이었던 '강도江都'의 역사성을 되새기기 위해 마련됐다. '고려시대 보물'을 주제로, 강화 지역에서 출토된 고려시대 유물 가운데 역사적·예술적 가치가 높은 유물을 엄선해 선보인다. 주요 전시 유물로는 선원면 아파트 부지에서 출토된 청동 향완, 강화여고 기숙사 부지에서 출토된 금동 삼존불상, 인화-강화 도로구간 부지에서 출토된 청동 거울 등이 있다.
전시 유물은 2010년 이후 강화에서 출토된 것으로, 약 800년 만에 세상의 빛을 다시 보게 된 귀중한 유물들이다. 드물게 온전한 형태로 출토됐고, 정교한 조형미가 돋보여 고려 문화의 정수를 생생히 보여준다. 박용철 군수는 "이번 전시를 통해 지금 우리가 밟고 있는 강화의 땅 아래에 여전히 고려의 시간과 문화가 숨 쉬고 있음을 느끼는 계기가 될 것"이라며 "강화의 역사적 위상과 문화유산의 가치를 널리 알리는 기회가 되길 기대한다"고 말했다.

Ganghwa=Ryu Hong-geun Reporter = Ganghwa County will hold the 'Gangdo 39 Years 1232-1270, Goryeo Treasures' special exhibition at the Ganghwa History Museum from October 29 to March 1 next year.
This special exhibition was prepared to recall the historical significance of 'Gangdo,' which was the capital of the Goryeo Dynasty for 39 years from 1232 to 1270. Under the theme 'Goryeo Dynasty Treasures,' it carefully selects and presents artifacts with high historical and artistic value among Goryeo Dynasty relics excavated in the Ganghwa area. Major exhibition artifacts include a bronze incense burner excavated from an apartment site in Seonwon-myeon, a gilt-bronze triple Buddha statue excavated from the Ganghwa Girls' High School dormitory site, and a bronze mirror excavated from the Inhwa-Ganghwa road section site.
The exhibition artifacts were excavated in Ganghwa after 2010 and are precious relics that have seen the light of the world again after about 800 years. They were rarely excavated in intact form and show exquisite sculptural beauty, vividly demonstrating the essence of Goryeo culture. County Mayor Park Yong-cheol stated, "This exhibition will be an opportunity to feel that Goryeo time and culture are still breathing beneath the land of Ganghwa we are stepping on," adding, "I hope this will be an opportunity to widely publicize the historical status of Ganghwa and the value of its cultural heritage."
