수원특례시와 고용노동부 경기지청이 28일 수원컨벤션센터 전시홀에서 개최한 'AI로 JOB자-2025 수원시 일자리박람회'에 2100여 명이 찾았다.
이날 일자리박람회에는 50개 기업이 참여해 신성장산업·지역산업 등 산업별 채용관, 취업배려계층(경력보유여성·장애인 등) 맞춤형 채용관에서 현장면접을 했다. 572명이 면접을 봤고, 117명은 각 기업에서 2차 면접을 할 예정이다. 고용노동부 경기지청, 경기도일자리재단 등 16개 일자리 관련 기관은 취업정보관을 운영했는데, 1100여 명이 방문했다.
부대행사로 AI 채용지원서비스(AI 직무매칭·자소서컨설팅·모의면접), 면접 메이크업 컨설팅, 퍼스널컬러 진단, 이력서 사진촬영, JOB스토리24(일자리 정책을 흥미롭게 소개하는 부스) 등을 운영했다. 수원컨벤션센터 회의실에서는 삼성물산 이현아 상무가 'AI 시대의 채용트렌드'를 주제로 한 취업특강을 했다. 부대행사와 취업특강에는 430명이 찾았다.

Suwon=Ryu Hong-geun Reporter = About 2,100 people visited the 'AI JOB-ja-2025 Suwon City Job Fair' held on the 28th at the Suwon Convention Center Exhibition Hall by Suwon Special City and the Gyeonggi Regional Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
On this day, 50 companies participated in the job fair and conducted on-site interviews at industry-specific recruitment halls for new growth industries and regional industries, and customized recruitment halls for employment-vulnerable groups (career women, people with disabilities, etc.). 572 people had interviews, and 117 are scheduled for second interviews at each company. Sixteen job-related organizations including the Gyeonggi Regional Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Gyeonggi Provincial Job Foundation operated employment information halls, which were visited by about 1,100 people.
Side events operated included AI recruitment support services (AI job matching, cover letter consulting, mock interviews), interview makeup consulting, personal color diagnosis, resume photo shooting, and JOB Story 24 (a booth introducing job policies in an interesting way). At the Suwon Convention Center conference room, Samsung C&T Executive Director Lee Hyun-ah gave a job-seeking special lecture on the theme 'Recruitment Trends in the AI Era.' The side events and job-seeking special lecture were attended by 430 people.
