◆ 군포시 청년성장 프로젝트 성과평가 우수

군포시(시장 하은호)는 17일 고용노동부 신규 공모사업인 '2025 청년성장 프로젝트' 성과평가에서 '우수' 등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다. 군포시는 내년도 공모 절차 생략이 가능해 계속사업으로 국비 1억2200만 원을 확보하게 됐다. 청년성장프로젝트는 청년들이 구직을 단념하지 않도록 고용노동부가 지난해부터 도입한 공모사업이다. 성과평가 결과가 우수등급 이상일 경우 차년도 사업 참여 시 공모 없이 선정된다.

2025년 사업 대상은 1539세 청년 연인원 579명이다. 사업 내용은 취업 준비 프로그램(단계별 취준클래스, 진로컨설팅, 일경험지원)과 존중 프로그램(집단심리상담, 일상지원 힐링프로그램)으로 구성된다. 군포시는 매월 110일 초기상담을 통해 사업 대상자를 초기 사회 진입, 경력재설계, 구직단념 예방 청년으로 구분했다. 청년의 상황에 맞는 단계별 프로그램과 맞춤형 역량강화 프로그램, 심리지원서비스를 제공한 결과 목표 인원의 99% 참여율을 기록했다. 이수율도 84%에 달했다.

◆ 연계·협업 성과 및 시장 발언

군포시는 청플 인프라 기반 원스톱 지원 체계를 구축했다. 청플 취준 올인원 패키지(면접정장 대여, 헤어·메이크업 서비스, AI 모의면접 등)를 지원했다. 고용센터 등 취업 유관기관 간 연계 협력을 통해 고용정책 정보를 공유하고 연계하는 성과를 올렸다. 하은호 군포시장은 "앞으로도 청년이 체감할 수 있는 다양한 일자리 사업과 활동 지원을 통해 청년이 행복한 미래가치 도시 군포를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.
