인천국제공항공사(사장 이학재)는 9일부터 이틀간 인천 운서동 영화관에서 항공 물류 종사자 1,150여 명과 함께 ‘카고 인(Cargo in) 영화제’를 개최했다고 12일 밝혔다.

‘카고 인 영화제’는 항공 물류 종사자의 헌신과 노고를 격려하고 상호 소통과 화합을 도모하기 위해 마련된 행사로, 2019년 처음 시작돼 올해로 5회째를 맞았다.

올해는 더 많은 물류 종사자 참여를 위해 기존의 물류단지 야외 체육공원 대신 실내 영화관을 전관 대관하여 행사를 진행했다. 상영작으로는 전 세계적 흥행작 ‘나우유씨미3’가 선정됐으며, 참석자들은 영화 관람 후 교류행사에 참여하며 소통의 시간을 가졌다.

영화관 로비에는 인천공항의 항공 물류 성과를 시각화한 대형 백월(Back Wall) 전시와 포토존이 설치됐다. 현장에서는 물류 성과를 주제로 한 퀴즈와 미니게임 이벤트도 진행돼 참석자들의 호응을 얻었다.

참석한 물류기업 관계자는 “성과 전시를 보며 우리 일의 의미를 다시 느꼈다. 영화와 이벤트를 통해 동료 간 유대감도 깊어졌다”고 말했다.

이학재 인천국제공항공사 사장은 “인천공항의 물류 성과는 1만6천여 명 항공 물류 종사자의 헌신 덕분”이라며 “앞으로도 기업과 상생협력하며 글로벌 물류허브 공항 위상을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Over 1,150 Industry Employees Join Event Promoting Communication and Unity

Incheon International Airport Corporation (President Lee Hak-jae) announced on December 12 that it successfully held the “Cargo In Film Festival” from December 9 to 10 at a movie theater in Unseo-dong, Incheon, attended by about 1,150 aviation logistics workers.

The annual “Cargo In Film Festival,” now in its fifth year since its launch in 2019, aims to express appreciation for the dedication of logistics professionals and strengthen communication and solidarity within the industry.

This year, the event was held at a rented movie theater instead of the outdoor sports park previously used in the airport’s logistics complex to allow more workers to participate. The film “Now You See Me 3,” a global box-office hit, was screened, followed by networking and exchange sessions in a relaxed setting.

In the theater lobby, a large “Back Wall” display visualized Incheon Airport’s logistics achievements, accompanied by a photo zone and various quizzes and mini-games themed on air-cargo performance. Participants responded positively to the interactive setup.

A representative from a logistics company said, “Seeing the logistics achievements on display gave me pride in our work, and we grew closer through the activities and film viewing.”

President Lee Hak-jae stated, “Incheon Airport’s outstanding logistics achievements result from the dedication of more than 16,000 logistics professionals. We will continue expanding cooperative partnerships with companies to solidify our position as a leading global logistics hub.”
