해상에서 오전부터 서해상·동해 중부·동해 남부 북쪽·남해 서부 먼바다에 시속 30~65㎞ 강풍이 분다. 물결도 1.5~4.0m로 높게 일어난다. 풍랑특보 발표 가능성이 있다.
