◆ 비상수송대책본부 24시간 운영

경기도가 코레일 철도노조와 서울교통공사 노조 총파업에 대비해 비상수송대책을 가동한다. 경기도는 국토교통부와 비상수송 대책회의를 거쳐 철도노조 파업 대비 비상수송대책본부 구성과 운영계획을 수립했다고 10일 밝혔다. 코레일 철도노조는 11일부터, 서울교통공사 노조는 12일부터 무기한 총파업을 예고했다. 경기도는 파업 하루 전인 10일부터 비상수송대책본부 상황실을 구성해 파업 종료 시까지 24시간 운영한다. 비상수송대책본부는 총괄반과 교통대책반으로 구성된다. 총괄반은 상황실 운영, 관계기관 협의, 파업 동향 모니터링을 담당한다. 교통대책반은 버스·택시 등 비상수송대책을 책임진다.

◆ 광역·시내버스 5천325대 집중 배차

비상수송대책본부는 수도권 주요 철도망을 기준으로 대중교통 수송력을 강화한다. 서울·인천 진출입 광역버스 282개 노선에 3천228대, 시내버스 169개 노선에 2천97대를 출·퇴근 시간대에 집중 배차한다. 혼잡률 증가 노선에는 예비차량 광역버스 26대, 시내버스 28대를 투입한다. 필요시 전세버스도 동원한다. 시외버스는 업체별 보유 예비차를 활용해 30개 노선에 68대를 증차하고 107회 증회 운행한다. 마을버스 807개 노선 2천901대는 시군 실정에 맞춰 심야 막차 시간을 1시간 연장 운행한다. 경기도는 택시조합과 시군에도 파업 기간 중 택시 운행 적극 독려를 요청했다.

◆ 인파밀집 사고 대비 안전요원 배치

경기도는 24시간 상황 모니터링을 통해 인파밀집 사고 등 비상상황에 대비한다. 경기도 소관 6개 노선(의정부경전철, 용인경전철, 김포골드라인, 7호선 부천구간, 하남선, 별내선) 주요 역에 안전요원을 추가 배치한다. 도내 주요 환승 역사는 혼잡도 현장점검을 실시해 안전사고를 예방한다. 파업이 시작되면 경기도는 언론과 경기도 교통정보센터 누리집, 경기버스정보앱 등을 통해 열차 운행중단 및 버스 운행정보를 신속히 안내한다.

한태우 경기도 철도운영과장은 "철도 파업 시 대체교통수단 지원으로 도민 불편을 최소화하겠다"며 "혼잡역 인파밀집 안전사고 방지에 최선의 노력을 기하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Korail Railroad Union announced an indefinite general strike starting December 11, and Seoul Metro Union starting December 12. Gyeonggi Province establishes the Emergency Transportation Headquarters situation room from December 10, one day before the strike, and operates it 24 hours until the strike ends. For routes with increased congestion rates, 26 reserve metropolitan buses and 28 reserve city buses will be deployed. Charter buses will also be mobilized if necessary. Intercity buses will add 68 buses on 30 routes using each company's reserve vehicles and operate 107 additional services. Village buses on 807 routes with 2,901 vehicles will extend late-night last departure times by 1 hour according to each city and county's circumstances. Gyeonggi Province requested taxi associations and cities and counties to actively encourage taxi operation during the strike period.

◆ Safety Personnel Deployed for Crowd Accident Prevention

Gyeonggi Province prepares for emergencies such as crowd accidents through 24-hour situation monitoring. Additional safety personnel are deployed at major stations on 6 routes under Gyeonggi Province jurisdiction (Uijeongbu Light Rail, Yongin Light Rail, Gimpo Goldline, Line 7 Bucheon Section, Hanam Line, Byeollae Line). Major transfer stations in the province conduct on-site congestion inspections to prevent safety accidents. When the strike begins, Gyeonggi Province will promptly inform residents of train service suspensions and bus operation information through media, Gyeonggi Province Transportation Information Center website, and Gyeonggi Bus Information App.
