◆ 간담회 개최, 우수업체 시상
군포시는 12월 8일 시청에서 생활폐기물 수집·운반 대행업체 대표자 23명을 대상으로 간담회를 개최했다. 이 자리는 현장 종사자의 노고를 격려하고 업무 과정의 애로사항을 청취하는 소통의 장으로 마련됐다. 동시에 2025년 평가우수업체 시상식도 진행했다.
◆ 우주환경, 청수환경이 1·2위 선정
평가는 주민만족도 30점, 현장평가 40점, 서류평가 30점으로 총 100점 만점 기준이었다. 우주환경주식회사가 1위, 청수환경주식회사가 2위를 차지해 군포시장 표창을 수상했다.
◆ 2026년부터 근로조건 대폭 개선
군포시는 2026년부터 상여금을 현행 100%에서 130%로 인상하고, 휴일보장을 현행 5일에서 9일로 확대한다. 하은호 시장은 간담회에서 "한 해 동안 현장을 지켜주신 모든 종사자에게 깊이 감사한다. 내년 생활폐기물 수집·운반 업무가 안정적으로 추진될 수 있도록 시에서 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다. 군포시는 앞으로도 대행업체와의 협력을 강화해 시민이 체감할 수 있는 청결한 도시환경 조성에 최선을 다할 계획이다.

Mayor Ha Eun-ho stated at the forum: "I deeply appreciate all workers who have steadfastly maintained field operations throughout the year. Gunpo City will actively support the stable implementation of waste collection and transportation operations next year." Gunpo City plans to strengthen cooperation with contractors and continue efforts to create a clean urban environment that residents can experience firsthand.
