◆ 경관 조례 개정 시행
군포시가 경관위원회 재심의 생략 기준을 신설한 경관 조례 일부개정안을 12월 10일부터 시행한다고 밝혔다. 이번 개정은 건축물 경관심의 대상 기준을 합리화하고 경관위원회 운영의 실효성을 높이기 위해 추진됐다.
◆ 건축물 심의 기준 상향 조정
개정된 조례는 시장이 건축하는 건축물의 경관심의 대상을 연면적 2천 제곱미터 초과로 상향 조정했다. 이로써 시장 건축물이 국가 및 공공기관이 건축하는 건축물과 동일한 기준으로 적용된다. 또한 경관위원회 심의를 받은 건축물의 건축계획에서 건축면적, 연면적, 층수, 높이, 색채, 입면계획 등 변경사항이 당초 건축계획의 10분의 1 이하이거나 경관 관련 위원회 심의 결과를 반영하는 경우 재심의를 생략할 수 있도록 했다.
◆ 경관위원회 운영 투명성 강화
경관위원회 위촉직 위원의 임기를 기존에서 2년으로 조정하고 1회에 한해 연임 가능하도록 개정했다. 군포시 관계자는 "이번 개정으로 지역 주민들의 행정 절차 부담이 경감될 것으로 기대된다"며 "앞으로 지속적으로 제도를 점검하고 경관관리를 강화해 쾌적한 도시경관을 조성하겠다"고 말했다.

Gunpo City announced the implementation of amendments to its landscape ordinance starting December 10, including new standards for waiving landscape committee re-examination. The amendment was promoted to rationalize the standards for building landscape review and enhance the operational effectiveness of the landscape committee.
◆ Building Review Standards Raised
The amended ordinance adjusted the landscape review threshold for buildings constructed by the city mayor to those exceeding 2,000 square meters of total floor area. This brings municipal buildings into alignment with the same criteria applied to buildings constructed by national and public institutions. Additionally, when changes to building plans previously reviewed by the landscape committee—including building area, total floor area, number of stories, height, color, and facade plans—account for one-tenth or less of the original plan, or when changes reflect the results of landscape-related committee reviews, re-examination can be waived.
◆ Landscape Committee Operational Transparency Strengthened
The term of appointed landscape committee members has been adjusted to two years with the possibility of one reappointment. A Gunpo City official stated, "This amendment is expected to reduce administrative burdens on local residents," adding, "Moving forward, we will continuously review the system and strengthen landscape management to create a comfortable urban environment."
