◆ 평가회 개최, 현장 중심 정책 방향 재확인
인천광역시교육청(교육감 도성훈)이 26일 '2025 학교현장지원 전담기구 및 과제발굴단 평가회'를 개최했다. 전담기구·과제발굴단 위원, 교육전문직원, 학교지원단 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석한 이번 평가회는 '현장이 이끈 변화, 함께 만든 내일 – 함께 그린 인천 학교현장지원의 여정과 미래'를 주제로 진행됐다. 참석자들은 한 해 동안 추진한 정책의 실적을 검토하고 현장 중심 정책의 방향성을 재확인했다.
◆ 올해 정책 성과, 학교 신뢰도 높였다
교육청이 올해 추진한 '학교현장지원 방안 100선'과 지속추진과제 33선이 학교 현장에서 긍정적 반응을 얻었다. 이들 정책은 정책 신뢰도와 수용성 제고에 기여했다. 2026년부터 교육청은 전담기구와 과제발굴단을 통합해 '학교지원협의체'로 운영할 방침을 제시했다. 지속 가능한 지원 체계 구축 방안을 공유하고, 협의체 운영 방식과 현장 중심 개선 과제에 대한 의견을 수렴했다.
◆ 부교육감 "현장 가까이서 실질적 지원 강화"
이상돈 부교육감은 "오늘 제시된 의견은 교육현장의 변화를 이끄는 중요한 밑거름"이라고 말했다. 그는 "교육공동체를 위한 지원 체계를 더욱 강화하고 학교가 필요로 하는 지원이 실질적으로 이뤄질 수 있도록 현장 가까이에서 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다. 인천시교육청은 앞으로 소통·협력·공감 기반의 학교현장지원 체계를 강화해 학교 수요에 맞는 실질적 지원 정책을 지속 확대할 계획이다.
