◆ 개최 개요
군포시가 지난 11월 21일 14시 군포시청 대회의실에서 ‘2025년 군포시지역사회보장협의체 성과보고회’를 열었다. 군포시지역사회보장협의체는 발족 20주년을 맞아 민간과 공공이 함께 추진한 1년간 지역 복지 협력 사업을 정리하고 성과를 보고했다. 행사에서는 협의체 활동 영상 상영과 분과별 주요 사업 개요를 공개하고 향후 추진 계획을 안내했다.
◆ 기조강연과 우수사업 발표
1부에서 김헌 복지소통꿈연구소 대표가 군포시지역사회보장협의체의 20년 변화와 향후 과제를 주제로 기조강연을 했다. 장애인 분과는 ‘장애친화 환경조성 사업’ 추진 내용을 발표했다. 해당 사업은 보건복지부장관 기관표창을 받은 한국지역사회보장협의체 운영 민관협력 최우수사례로 소개됐다. 군포시는 희망나눔나무 기금 전달과 우수 분과 사례 발표, 활동 영상 상영으로 민관 협력 기반 복지 모델을 참석자에게 설명했다.
◆ 유공자 표창과 민관 협력 메시지
2부 기념식에서 군포시는 협의체 활성화 유공자 20명에게 표창을 수여했다. 또한 우수 실무분과 2개와 경기공동모금회 모금 우수 동지역사회보장협의체 2개소에 표창을 전달했다. 하은호 군포시장이 격려사에서 협의체 위원 헌신을 군포시 복지 기반으로 규정하고 민관 협력 복지 정책을 지속 지원하겠다고 밝혔다. 박성희 군포시지역사회보장협의체 민간위원장은 기념사에서 협의체가 20년간 지역 문제 해결 파트너 역할을 수행해 왔다고 설명하고 군포형 협력체계 강화를 약속했다.

Gunpo City held the “2025 Gunpo City Local Community Security Council Performance Report” at 14:00 on 21 November 2025 in the main conference room of Gunpo City Hall. Marking the council’s 20th anniversary, the council summarized one year of public-private collaborative local welfare projects and reported their results. The city screened a video of the council’s activities, explained key projects by subcommittee, and informed attendees of future implementation plans.
◆ Keynote and best-practice presentations
In Part 1, Kim Heon, director of the Welfare Communication Dream Institute, delivered the keynote on the council’s 20-year changes and future tasks. The Disability Subcommittee presented its “Disability-Friendly Environment Creation Project.” The project was introduced as a public-private collaboration best-practice that received an institutional citation from the Minister of Health and Welfare. Gunpo City introduced its public-private welfare model to attendees by presenting the Hope Sharing Tree fund donation, best subcommittee presentations, and an activity video screening.
◆ Awards and public-private cooperation messages
In Part 2, Gunpo City awarded commendations to 20 individuals for contributions to council activation. The city also presented awards to two outstanding working subcommittees and to two local councils recognized by the Gyeonggi Community Chest for fundraising excellence. Mayor Ha Eun-ho stated that the dedication of council members constitutes Gunpo City’s welfare foundation and pledged continued support for public-private cooperative welfare policies. Park Sung-hee, the council’s civilian chair, said the council has acted as a partner in solving local problems for 20 years and promised to strengthen the Gunpo-style cooperative system.
