◆ 이낙준 멘토 다양한 직업 경험 강연
군포시장 하은호는 11월 22일 토요일 군포시청 대회의실에서 '청소년 꿈멘토와 함께하는 토크콘서트' 3차를 개최했다. 이 행사는 지역 청소년이 자신의 꿈을 발견하고 미래 진로를 주도적으로 설계하는 기회를 제공하기 위해 7월과 9월에 이어 세 번째 진행되었다.
토크콘서트 멘토는 이비인후과 전문의이자 넷플릭스 시리즈 '중증외상센터' 원작자 이낙준 작가가 맡았다. 이 작가는 의사로서의 첫 직업부터 웹소설 작가, 유튜버, 강연자로 활동하는 경험을 '어쩌다 보니 직업이 세 개'라는 주제로 강연했다. 이 작가는 좋아하는 일을 지속 가능한 직업으로 발전시키는 과정을 소개했으며, 변화하는 시대에서 한 가지 직업에만 머물지 않고 자신의 방향을 찾아가는 '다직업인'의 삶에 관해 설명했다.
◆ 청소년 고민 상담·우수작 시상식 병행
강연 후 진행된 멘토와의 생각 나누기 시간에는 청소년들의 다양한 진로 고민과 질문에 이 작가가 실제 경험을 바탕으로 조언했다. 참가자들은 "한 사람의 인생에도 다양한 가능성이 존재한다는 것을 깨달았다"고 소감을 전했다.
◆ 청소년 생각공모전 우수작 시상
이번 행사에서는 '2025년 청소년 생각공모전'의 우수작 9점에 대한 시상식도 진행되었다. 이 공모전은 청소년의 시각에서 바라본 사회 문제와 정책 제안을 대상으로 했다. 하 시장은 "이번 토크콘서트가 청소년들이 자신의 가능성을 믿고 꿈을 향해 나아가는 계기가 되기를 바란다"고 밝혔다.

Mayor Ha Eun-ho of Gunpo City hosted the third '2025 Youth Dream Mentor Talk Concert' on Saturday, November 22, at the Gunpo City Hall Conference Room. This event, held for the third time following July and September, provided local youth an opportunity to discover their dreams and independently design their future career paths.
Mentor Lee Nak-jun, an otolaryngologist and original author of the Netflix series 'Trauma Center,' led the talk concert. The author, who works as a doctor, web novel writer, YouTuber, and lecturer, delivered a lecture on the theme 'How I Ended Up with Three Jobs.' He introduced the process of developing a favorite activity into a sustainable career and explained the life of a 'multi-career professional' who pursues multiple occupations rather than staying with a single career in the changing era.
◆ Youth Consultation and Award Ceremony for Outstanding Works
During the 'Sharing Thoughts with Mentor' session following the lecture, the author provided advice based on his actual experiences to address various youth career concerns and questions. Participants shared their impressions, saying, "I realized that diverse possibilities exist in a person's life."
◆ Awards Ceremony for Youth Idea Contest
The event also held an awards ceremony for nine outstanding works in the '2025 Youth Idea Contest,' which invited submissions addressing social issues and policy proposals from the youth perspective. Mayor Ha stated, "I hope this talk concert becomes an opportunity for young people to believe in their potential and move forward toward their dreams."
