◆ 4주간 공모전 진행, 적합성·공감성·창의성 기준 심사
인천 서구(구청장 강범석)는 19일 서구보건소에서 인천 서구 금연 슬로건 공모전 'SHOW ME THE 노담'의 시상식을 개최했다.
이번 공모전은 지난 9월 22일부터 10월 19일까지 4주간 진행됐으며, 총 247개의 작품이 접수됐다. 심사 결과 적합성, 공감성, 창의성, 표현력, 활용 가능성 등을 기준으로 최종 20개의 작품이 수상작으로 선정됐다.
◆ '서구를 사랑하는 주민들' 직접 창작...금연지원사업에 활용
공모전의 명칭은 '서구를 사랑하는 주민들이 참여하는 금연슬로건 공모전'으로, 지역 명칭을 넣은 금연슬로건을 주민들이 직접 창작해 공모전에 출품했다. 당선된 금연슬로건은 향후 어깨띠, 피켓, 금연안내문 제작 등 서구 금연지원사업에 적극 활용될 예정이다.
대표적인 수상작으로는 ▲"가"정동 거리엔 담배연기 NO, "정"다운 웃음만 가득! ▲"서"로를 해치는 담배연기는 OFF! "해"피한 금연문화는 ON! ▲"청"춘의 시작이 노담이면, "라"이프는 미담이 됩니다 등이 있다. 모두 지역사회 금연문화 확산에 기여할 수 있는 참신한 아이디어로 평가받았다.
◆ 장준영 소장 "주민과 함께하는 건강한 금연 환경 조성"
장준영 서구보건소장은 "이번 금연슬로건 공모전은 인천 서구에서 처음 진행한 행사로서 지역명칭을 활용한 금연 슬로건을 홍보해 많은 지역 주민들이 자신의 삶의 공간에서 금연에 대해 공감하고 실천할 수 있는 좋은 계기가 되기를 바란다"며 "앞으로도 주민과 함께하는 건강한 금연 환경 조성을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Incheon Seo-gu (District Mayor Kang Beom-seok) held an award ceremony for the Incheon Seo-gu smoking cessation slogan contest 'SHOW ME THE No Smoking' at the Seo-gu Health Center on the 19th.
The contest was held for four weeks from September 22 to October 19, and a total of 247 works were submitted. As a result of judging based on appropriateness, relatability, creativity, expressiveness, and usability, 20 works were finally selected as winners.
◆ 'Residents Who Love Seo-gu' Created Directly...To Be Used in Smoking Cessation Support Projects
The name of the contest was 'Smoking Cessation Slogan Contest Participated by Residents Who Love Seo-gu', where residents directly created and submitted smoking cessation slogans incorporating regional names. The winning smoking cessation slogans will be actively used in Seo-gu's smoking cessation support projects, including the production of sashes, pickets, and smoking cessation information materials.
Representative winning works include ▲No cigarette smoke on "Ga"jeong-dong streets, only "jeong"ful smiles! ▲Cigarette smoke that harms "Seo"each other is OFF! "Hae"ppy non-smoking culture is ON! ▲If "Cheong"chun's beginning is no smoking, "Ra"ife becomes a good story. All were evaluated as novel ideas that could contribute to spreading the non-smoking culture in the local community.
◆ Director Jang Jun-young "Creating Healthy Non-Smoking Environment Together with Residents"
Jang Jun-young, Director of Seo-gu Health Center, stated, "This smoking cessation slogan contest is the first event held in Incheon Seo-gu, and I hope it will be a good opportunity for many local residents to sympathize with and practice smoking cessation in their living spaces by promoting smoking cessation slogans using regional names" and "We will continue to make efforts to create a healthy non-smoking environment together with residents."
