경기도가 2026년도 본예산을 39조 9,046억 원 규모로 편성했다.

경기도는 고물가·고금리로 어려움을 겪는 소상공인과 자영업자 지원에 1,194억 원을 투입한다. 전통시장 현대화, 특례보증 손실보전, 영세 소상공인 지원 사업을 추진한다. 힘내GO카드, 경기 살리기 통큰세일, 농수산물 할인쿠폰 등 소비 촉진 사업도 진행한다.
교통복지 강화를 위해 7,706억 원을 배정했다. 시내·광역버스 공공관리제, THE 경기패스, 어린이·청소년 교통비 지원, 어르신 교통비 지원 사업에 투자한다.

◆지역개발·균형발전에 6,560억 원
지역개발과 균형발전 사업에 6,560억 원을 투자한다. 광역철도, 국지도 확포장, 도시숲·도서관·주차장 등 생활 SOC 확충 사업을 추진한다.
경기도는 2025년 경제성장률을 0%대 후반으로 전망했다. 정부와 한국은행, KDI, IMF는 0.80.9%, OECD는 1.0%로 예상했다. 2026년에는 소비 회복과 금리 인하로 1.62.2%의 성장률 반등이 예상된다.
