인천시교육청이 학교 공간재구조화 사업의 성공적 추진을 위한 역량 강화에 나섰다.
◆ 50여명 참여 현장 체험 연수
인천시교육청은 29일 인천동암초등학교에서 공간재구조화 역량강화 연수를 실시했다고 밝혔다. 교육감은 도성훈이다. 공간재구조화 사업 대상교 교장과 교감, 담당교사 및 지역교육청 관계자 등 50여명이 참여했다. 연수는 그린스마트스쿨 준공교 사례를 통해 성공적인 공간재구조화 추진 방향을 공유하고 사용자 참여 설계 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 프로그램은 전문가 강의와 함께 2024년 준공된 동암초등학교의 주요 공간을 둘러보는 현장 체험으로 진행됐다.
◆ 교육공동체 참여 설계 모델
동암초등학교는 교사·학생·학부모 등 교육공동체가 설계 단계부터 참여한 대표적 공간재구조화 학교다. 참가자들은 실제 조성된 공간을 체험하며 운영 사례를 공유했다. 향후 사업 추진의 구체적 방향을 모색하는 시간도 가졌다. 인천시교육청은 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 연수와 현장 체험 기회를 확대해 사업의 실효성과 지속 가능성을 높이겠다는 계획이다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 "교육공동체가 주체가 되는 공간 혁신이 확산돼 학생들의 삶과 배움이 자연스럽게 연결되는 미래형 학교가 조성되길 기대한다"며 "앞으로도 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 연수와 현장 체험 기회를 확대해 사업의 실효성과 지속 가능성을 높이겠다"고 말했다.

Participants experienced the actual created spaces and shared operational cases. They also had time to explore specific directions for future project promotion.
