■ 인천청소년수련관서 개최...노동·경영·문화계 인사 참석
인천광역시의회 산업경제위원회 박창호 의원(국민의힘·비례)은 최근 인천청소년수련관 1층 공연장에서 열린 '제9회 인천광역시 근로자 가요제'에 참석해 근로자들을 격려했다고 16일 밝혔다. 한국노총 인천지역본부(의장 김영국)가 주관하고 인천시가 후원한 이번 행사에는 인천시와 인천시의회는 물론 노동·경영·문화 각계를 대표하는 인사들이 참석했다. 행사장에는 김윤태 중부지방고용노동청장, 민길수 인천지방노동위원회 위원장, 이상목 고용노동부 인천북부지청장, 강국창 인천경영자총협회 회장, 김재업 한국예총 인천광역시연합회 회장 등이 자리했다. 무대에서는 약 150개 팀이 실력을 뽐냈다.
■ 박창호 의원 "조화로운 노동문화 뿌리내리길"
박창호 의원은 "하루하루 묵묵히 일터를 지키는 근로자야말로 인천 경제의 심장"이라며 근로자들을 격려했다. 그는 "오늘의 가요제는 단순한 경연이 아니라 땀으로 쌓아 올린 일상의 무게를 음악으로 나누는 시간"이라고 말했다. 박 의원은 "조화로운 노동문화가 인천 곳곳에 뿌리내리는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 강조했다. 그는 "근로자들이 더 안전하고 공정한 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 저를 비롯한 인천시의회도 최선을 다하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
■ 2010년부터 격년제 개최...지역 대표 문화행사
'인천광역시 근로자 가요제'는 한국노총 인천지역본부가 종합예술제 성격으로 참여 저변을 넓히기 위해 지난 2010년부터 격년제로 이어온 지역 대표 문화행사다.

Incheon Metropolitan City Council Industrial Economy Committee member Park Chang-ho (People Power Party, proportional representation) announced on the 16th that he recently attended the '9th Incheon Metropolitan City Workers' Song Festival' held at the first-floor performance hall of the Incheon Youth Training Center and encouraged workers. The event, organized by the Incheon Regional Headquarters of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions (Chairman Kim Young-guk) and sponsored by Incheon City, was attended by representatives from various sectors including labor, management, and culture, as well as Incheon City and the Incheon City Council. Among those present were Kim Yun-tae, Director of the Central Regional Office of Employment and Labor, Min Gil-su, Chairman of the Incheon Regional Labor Relations Commission, Lee Sang-mok, Director of the Incheon Northern District Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Kang Guk-chang, Chairman of the Incheon Employers' Federation, and Kim Jae-eop, Chairman of the Incheon Metropolitan City Federation of Korean Artists. About 150 teams showcased their talents on stage.

Assemblyman Park Chang-ho encouraged workers, saying "Workers who silently guard their workplaces day by day are truly the heart of Incheon's economy." He said, "Today's song festival is not simply a competition, but a time to share through music the weight of daily life built up through sweat." Assemblyman Park emphasized, "I hope this will be an opportunity for a harmonious labor culture to take root throughout Incheon." He added, "The Incheon City Council, including myself, will do our best so that workers can work in a safer and fairer environment."

The 'Incheon Metropolitan City Workers' Song Festival' is a regional representative cultural event that the Incheon Regional Headquarters of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions has been holding biennially since 2010 to broaden the base of participation as a comprehensive arts festival.
