◆ 군포시 행정종합관찰제 97% 처리율 기록
군포시(시장 하은호)는 '2025년 행정종합관찰제'를 성공적으로 운영했다고 28일 밝혔다. 행정종합관찰제는 공무원이 출퇴근이나 출장 등 일상 업무 수행 중 도로 파손, 가로등 고장, 불법 주정차 등 시민 안전을 위협하거나 불편을 초래하는 요소를 발견하면 즉시 시스템을 통해 신고하고 처리하는 제도다. 시는 올해(1월 1일~12월 5일) 운영 결과 총 997건의 시민 불편 사항을 발굴했으며 이 중 970건을 해결해 97% 처리율을 기록했다. 전년도 처리율 88% 대비 10.2%p 향상된 수치다.
◆ 도로 분야 447건 최다…공원·녹지 202건
분야별로는 시민 안전과 직결된 도로 분야가 447건(44.8%)으로 가장 많았다. 쾌적한 도시 환경을 위한 공원·녹지 분야가 202건(20.3%)으로 뒤를 이었다. 주요 해결 사례로는 산본1동 가로수 화단에 돌출된 파이프를 신속히 제거해 보행자 통행 안전을 확보한 사례가 있다. 금정동 안금정어린이공원 내 기울어진 운동기구를 즉시 보수해 어린이와 이용객의 안전사고를 예방한 사례도 꼽힌다.
◆ 12월 중 우수 공무원 4인 표창 예정
시 관계자는 "공무원들이 현장에서 발로 뛰며 시민의 불편을 선제적으로 해결하려 노력한 결과 높은 처리율을 달성할 수 있었다"며 "2026년에도 시민이 체감할 수 있는 현장 중심 행정을 펼쳐 나가겠다"고 말했다. 시는 12월 중 시민 불편 해소에 앞장선 우수 공무원 4인을 선발해 표창할 계획이다.

Gunpo City (Mayor Ha Eun-ho) announced the successful operation of the '2025 Administrative Comprehensive Observation System.' The system enables public officials to immediately report and resolve issues through a system when they discover factors threatening citizen safety or causing inconvenience during daily work such as commuting or business trips, including road damage, streetlight malfunctions, and illegal parking. The city discovered a total of 997 citizen inconvenience cases from January 1 to December 5 this year and resolved 970 of them, recording a 97% resolution rate. This represents a 10.2%p improvement from last year's 88% resolution rate.
◆ Road Sector Highest with 447 Cases…Parks and Green Spaces 202 Cases
By sector, the road sector directly related to citizen safety had the most cases at 447 (44.8%). The parks and green spaces sector for a pleasant urban environment followed with 202 cases (20.3%). Major resolution cases include the swift removal of a protruding pipe from a street tree planter in Sanbon 1-dong to secure pedestrian safety. Another case involved immediately repairing a tilted exercise equipment at Angeumjeong Children's Park in Geumjeong-dong to prevent safety accidents for children and users.
◆ Four Outstanding Public Officials to Be Commended in December
A city official said, "We were able to achieve a high resolution rate as a result of public officials working hard in the field to proactively resolve citizen inconveniences. We will continue to implement field-centered administration that citizens can feel in 2026." The city plans to select and commend four outstanding public officials who led citizen inconvenience resolution in December.
