◆ 경기 유니티 개소식 개최

경기주택도시공사(GH)는 19일 남양주 다산지금 A5 경기행복주택 단지에서 '경기 유니티' 개소식을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이날 행사에는 김용진 GH 사장, 김성중 경기도 행정1부지사, 홍지선 남양주시 부시장, 경기도 및 남양주시 의원, 지역 주민 등이 참석했다. 경기유니티는 남양주 다산신도시 지역 주민들에게 양질의 생활 서비스를 제공하는 세대통합형 커뮤니티 공간이다. GH가 추진 중인 공간복지 혁신 사업의 실증 모델로 지역 내 공동체 복원과 세대 간 교류 촉진을 목표로 한다.

다산지금 경기유니티는 총 30개 호실에 전용면적 956㎡ 규모다. 1층(16개 호실)은 영유아·어린이를 위한 '키즈그라운드'로 구성된다. 2층(14개 호실)은 중장년·고령층을 위한 '웰니스센터'로 운영된다. 건강 증진, 여가 활동, 돌봄 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공한다. 경기유니티는 경기도와 GH가 공간과 재정을 지원하고 남양주시는 지역 복지 자원을 공유·연계한다. 민간 전문기관은 운영 노하우를 바탕으로 지역 맞춤형 프로그램을 기획·운영한다. 이러한 민관협력 기반의 공간복지 모델은 전국 최초 시도 사례다. 입주민뿐 아니라 인근 지역주민 누구나 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 열린 공간으로 운영된다.
