◆ 제3기 GH 홈 에디터 발대식 개최

경기주택도시공사가 수원시 본사 10층 회의실에서 제3기 'GH 홈 에디터' 발대식을 개최했다고 18일 밝혔다. 이번 발대식에는 새롭게 선발된 제3기 에디터 23명과 기존 2기 연임자 7명 등 총 30명이 참석했다. 참석자들은 앞으로의 활동 방향을 공유하고 상호 교류를 통해 적극적인 참여를 독려하는 시간을 가졌다.

◆ 20대부터 60대까지 다양한 세대 구성

'GH 홈 에디터'는 주부, 청년, 신혼부부, 뉴시니어(1955~1965년생) 등 20대부터 60대까지 다양한 세대와 계층으로 구성됐다. 에디터들은 2년 임기 동안 실수요자 시선으로 공동주택에 대한 의견을 제안하고 GH 공동주택이 더 나은 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 아이디어를 제공하는 역할을 맡는다. GH는 고품질의 폭넓은 의견 수렴을 위해 이번부터 10명 늘려 에디터 규모를 30명으로 확대했다.

◆ 김용진 사장 "실수요자 목소리 반영"

GH 주거 품질 개선 참여 프로그램은 2008년 '자연&주부 프로슈머'로 시작됐다. 2021년부터는 참여 대상을 청년, 신혼부부, 뉴시니어로 넓히고 명칭도 'GH 홈 에디터'로 개편했다. 김용진 GH 사장은 "GH 홈 에디터는 실수요자의 목소리를 직접 반영해 실질적인 개선방안을 도출하는 중요한 창구"라고 말했다. 김 사장은 "앞으로도 더 나은 품질의 아파트를 만들어가기 위해 에디터분들의 적극적인 참여와 활동을 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation announced on December 18 that it held the 3rd 'GH Home Editor' launching ceremony at the 10th floor conference room of its headquarters in Suwon. A total of 30 people attended the ceremony, including 23 newly selected 3rd term editors and 7 reappointed members from the 2nd term. Attendees shared future activity directions and encouraged active participation through mutual exchange.

◆ Diverse Generations from 20s to 60s

'GH Home Editor' consists of various generations and classes from 20s to 60s, including housewives, young adults, newlyweds, and new seniors (born 1955-1965). During their 2-year term, editors will propose opinions on apartment housing from end-users' perspectives and provide ideas to help GH apartment housing move in a better direction. GH expanded the editor scale to 30 by adding 10 more members this time for high-quality and wide-ranging opinion collection.

◆ President Kim: "Reflecting End-Users' Voices"

GH's housing quality improvement participation program started as 'Nature & Housewife Prosumer' in 2008. From 2021, participation targets were expanded to young adults, newlyweds, and new seniors, and the name was changed to 'GH Home Editor.' GH President Kim Yong-jin said, "GH Home Editor is an important channel that directly reflects end-users' voices to derive practical improvement measures." President Kim stated, "I look forward to the active participation and activities of the editors to continue creating better quality apartments."
