◆ 청소년지도자 양성 프로그램 성과발표

시흥시청소년재단이 12월 5일 능곡청소년문화의집에서 '2025년 후기청소년 체험형 인턴십 프로그램' 성과발표회를 개최했다. 청소년지도자를 희망하는 후기청소년(19~24세) 8명이 4월부터 12월까지 8개월간 참여했다. 프로그램은 청소년들이 실무 기반 직무 경험으로 미래 진로를 구체화하도록 설계됐다.

성과발표회는 대표이사 격려사, 인턴들의 활동 발표, 멘토 피드백, 수료증 전달식으로 진행됐다. 인턴 김지은은 "미디어 분야 활동으로 새로운 진로의 문이 열렸고, 청소년을 기록하고 이야기를 만드는 일을 계속하겠다는 확신을 얻었다"고 밝혔다. 시흥시청소년재단은 내년에도 현장 실무 중심 교육과 역량 강화 프로그램을 강화해 청소년을 전문성 있는 미래 인재로 양성할 방침이다.
