고(故) 이건희 삼성 선대 회장의 부인 홍라희 리움미술관 명예관장이 삼성물산 주식 전량을 이재용 삼성전자 회장에게 증여한다.
3일 삼성물산에 따르면 홍 명예관장은 장남인 이 회장에게 보유 주식 180만8577주(지분율 1.06%)를 증여할 예정이다. 이날 종가 기준 약 4060억원 규모다.
계약 체결일은 지난달 28일이며 증여일은 내년 1월 2일이다.
이 회장의 지분율은 현재 19.76%에서 증여 후 20.82%로 늘어난다. 홍 명예관장의 지분은 0%가 된다.
삼성물산은 삼성그룹 지배구조 정점에 있는 회사로 삼성생명을 지배하고 삼성생명은 삼성전자에 영향력을 행사하는 구조다.
