포산업진흥원, ‘업무관련성 질환 DB관리사업’ 일환 직원 건강검진 실시 .사진/군포시
군포산업진흥원(원장 유병직)은 근로자 건강권 보장과 예방 중심의 건강관리체계 강화를 위해 내부 직원 대상 건강검진을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
검진은 10월 23일 군포소공인특화지원센터(당정동) 2층 회의실에서 경기의료원 수원병원과 협업으로 진행됐다.
이번 검진은 업무관련성 질환 DB 구축사업과 연계해 근로자 건강데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 예방 중심의 건강관리 모델을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
검진은 혈당·혈압·콜레스테롤 검사 등 주요 항목과 전문의료진의 건강상담으로 진행됐다. 직원 개인별 건강상태를 점검하고 사후관리까지 연계할 계획이다.
유병직 원장은 "이번 건강검진은 공공기관 근로자의 건강을 지키는 동시에 건강데이터를 기반으로 한 예방 중심 관리체계 구축의 출발점"이라며 "향후 중소기업 근로자 등 지역사회로도 확대해 사회적 가치와 ESG 경영을 함께 실현해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
군포산업진흥원은 이번 검진을 시작으로 근로자 건강관리 데이터를 활용한 맞춤형 상담 및 사후관리 프로그램을 연계할 방침이다. 데이터 기반의 공공형 복지모델 구축을 통해 지역 산업현장의 건강하고 지속가능한 근로환경 조성에 기여할 계획이다.

Gunpo Industrial Promotion Agency (Director Yoo Byung-jik) announced it conducted health checkups for internal employees to guarantee workers' health rights and strengthen a prevention-centered health management system.
The checkup was conducted on October 23 at the 2nd floor conference room of Gunpo Small Business Specialized Support Center (Dangjeong-dong) in collaboration with Gyeonggi Medical Center Suwon Hospital.
This checkup was promoted to systematically manage worker health data in connection with the work-related disease DB construction project and establish a prevention-centered health management model.
The checkup included major items such as blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol tests along with health consultations from medical professionals. The agency plans to check individual employee health status and link it to follow-up management.
Director Yoo Byung-jik stated, "This health checkup is the starting point for building a prevention-centered management system based on health data while protecting the health of public institution workers," adding, "We will expand to the local community including small and medium enterprise workers in the future to realize social value and ESG management together."
Gunpo Industrial Promotion Agency plans to link customized counseling and follow-up management programs using worker health management data starting with this checkup. The agency plans to contribute to creating a healthy and sustainable work environment in local industrial sites through building a data-based public welfare model.
