경기도와 경기도미래세대재단이 27일부터 12월 5일까지 2025년 청년 면접수당 2차 모집을 진행한다. '경기도 청년면접수당'은 청년의 면접 비용 부담을 완화하고, 적극적인 구직활동을 촉진하기 위해 최대 10회의 면접 수당을 지급하는 사업이다.
2025년 1월 1일 이후 취업 면접에 참여했고, 신청일 기준 주민등록상 주소지가 경기도인 18세 이상 39세 이하 청년은 취업 여부와 관계없이 누구나 신청할 수 있다. 신청은 잡아바 어플라이(apply.jobaba.net)를 통해 온라인으로 가능하며, 선정 시 면접 활동 1회당 5만 원, 연 최대 10회의 지원금이 지역화폐로 지급된다.
경기도 외 사업장 면접도 지원
주 30시간 미만의 단시간 일자리를 비롯해, 해외기업이나 타지역 등 경기도 외 사업장에서 면접을 본 경우도 모두 신청 대상에 포함된다. 단, 실업급여, 경기여성취업지원금, 청년구직자 교통비 지원사업 등 경기도 청년면접수당과 유사한 사업에 참여 중이라면 대상에서 제외된다.
김선화 경기도 청년기회과장은 "최근 국회에서도 '면접 수당 지급법'이 발의된 만큼 경기도에서도 지속적으로 청년 구직자의 부담을 줄일 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다. 자세한 문의 사항은 청년면접수당 상담콜센터(1877-2046)를 통해 안내받을 수 있다.

Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Future Generation Foundation will conduct the second recruitment for the 2025 Youth Interview Allowance from the 27th to December 5th. 'Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance' is a project that provides up to 10 interview allowances to alleviate young people's interview cost burden and promote active job-seeking activities.
Young people aged 18 to 39 who participated in job interviews after January 1, 2025, and whose registered address is in Gyeonggi Province as of the application date can apply regardless of employment status. Applications can be made online through Jobaba Apply (apply.jobaba.net), and upon selection, 50,000 won per interview activity, up to 10 times annually, will be paid in local currency.
Support for Interviews at Workplaces Outside Gyeonggi Province
Part-time jobs under 30 hours per week, as well as interviews at workplaces outside Gyeonggi Province such as overseas companies or other regions, are all included as eligible applicants. However, those participating in programs similar to the Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance, such as unemployment benefits, Gyeonggi Women's Employment Support Fund, or Youth Job Seeker Transportation Support Project, are excluded.
Kim Sun-hwa, director of Gyeonggi Province's Youth Opportunity Division, stated, "As the 'Interview Allowance Payment Act' was also proposed in the National Assembly recently, Gyeonggi Province will continue to make efforts to reduce the burden on young job seekers."
