인천세종병원 제공
인천세종병원과 인천시의사회가 지역사회 의료·돌봄 통합지원 체계 강화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 27일 밝혔다.
협약은 '지역사회 환자와 주민의 통합적 의료·돌봄 서비스 제공 및 상호 협력 강화'를 목표로 한다.
협약식에는 인천세종병원 오병희 병원장, 김경섭 공공의료본부장, 장현근 공공의료협력실장, 문상영 공공의료사업팀장과 인천시의사회 박철원 회장, 김인성 사무처장, 김영재 총무과장 등이 참석했다.
인천세종병원은 인천 동북권(계양·부평구) 지역책임의료기관이다. 수익성이 낮은 필수보건 의료분야 공급 부족, 지역 서비스 연계 미흡, 의료 공공성 저하 등 문제를 개선하기 위해 다양한 공공의료 사업을 진행하고 있다.
이번 협약은 지역사회 의료·돌봄 통합지원 체계의 정착과 운영을 도모한다. 의료·요양·복지·지역자원 등을 연계한 환자 중심 통합 서비스를 제공해 주민 건강 증진과 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 목표로 한다.
협약 내용은 일차의료 및 통합돌봄 협력사업 네트워크 구축·운영, 지역 돌봄 수요 기반의 자원 연결 구조 마련 및 정보공유 체계 구축, 통합돌봄 정책 제안·제도 개선 건의·연계 흐름 모니터링, 일차의료 및 통합돌봄 서비스 제공 현황 조사·분석·모니터링 등이다.
환자의 건강 상태와 돌봄 욕구에 따른 사례관리 및 맞춤형 지원 체계 마련도 포함된다. 기관 종사자 및 의료인 역량 강화 교육, 지역 돌봄 활성화 및 공공의료 발전을 위한 공동 사업도 진행한다.
박철원 인천시의사회 회장은 "인천세종병원은 개인 의원 지원과 협력에 항상 적극적이다"며 "지역 특성과 현실에 맞는 의료·돌봄 통합지원 시스템이 실질적인 도움이 되는 모범적 모델로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
오병희 인천세종병원장은 "지역 주민 건강을 지속적으로 관리하고 치료 환경 조성에 긍정적으로 기여할 수 있도록 의료·돌봄 서비스 네트워크 구축과 지역사회 협력 활성화에 더욱 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
