최근 잦은 비로 동해안 지역 지반이 약해졌다. 산사태나 토사 유출 등 2차 피해에 유의해야 한다. 비가 내리는 지역에서는 도로가 미끄럽고 가시거리가 짧아진다. 교통안전에 주의가 필요하다.
◆ 동해·남해·제주 해상 주의
동해와 남해, 제주도 부근 해상은 바람이 매우 강하게 분다. 물결은 1.5~4m로 높게 인다. 항해나 조업하는 선박은 유의해야 한다.

아침 최저기온은 9~16도, 낮 최고기온은 15~23도다. 평년(최저 4~14도, 최고 18~22도)과 비슷하거나 조금 높다.
