◆ 의료급여 담당자 교육 실시...재가의료급여사업 중점
인천시는 의료급여 담당 공무원과 의료급여관리사를 대상으로 의료급여 역량강화 및 안전교육을 실시했다고 20일 밝혔다. 이번 교육은 장기입원 중인 의료급여 수급권자가 퇴원 후 지역사회에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 지원하는 재가의료급여사업을 중점적으로 다뤘다.
◆ 협력의료기관 발굴 방안 공유...방문 시 안전교육 병행
시는 의료급여수급권자의 지역사회 복귀를 지원하기 위해 필수적인 협력의료기관 발굴 방안과 실제 운영 사례를 공유했다. 현장 이해도를 높이고 실무 적용성을 강화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 의료급여수급자 가구를 방문할 때 발생할 수 있는 다양한 위험 상황에 대비해 기본적인 예방법과 상황별 대처 방안에 대한 교육도 병행했다.
◆ 32명 의료급여관리사 활동 중..."전문성 강화 최선"
현재 인천시에서 총 32명의 의료급여관리사가 활동 중이다. 이들은 의료급여 수급권자의 교육과 상담, 의료급여제도 안내, 복약지도 이행 여부 모니터링 등 건강관리를 담당하고 있다. 김순심 시 보건의료정책과장은 "이번 교육을 통해 의료급여 담당자들의 전문성과 역량을 한층 강화하고, 수급권자의 건강권 보장과 재정 건전성 확보라는 두 가지 목표를 동시에 달성할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

A total of 32 medical benefit managers are currently active in Incheon City. They are in charge of health management including education and counseling for medical benefit beneficiaries, guidance on the medical benefit system, and monitoring compliance with medication guidance. Kim Soon-sim, Director of the Health and Medical Policy Division, said, "Through this education, we will do our best to further strengthen the expertise and competency of medical benefit staff and achieve both goals of guaranteeing the health rights of beneficiaries and securing fiscal soundness."
